One on one attention
Straight through service (most pets one hour)

All Deluxe Groom Services include:

Ears cleaned or plucked
Feet trimmed
Warm hand blow-dry. (no cage drying)
Anal glands expressed or checked.
Haircut. (over .75”) Scissor trim or hand strip/carding extra

Matt charges are priced on 15 minute intervals. Any brushing over 15 minutes will incur a matt charge. We will inform you at the time of meeting your pet if additional brushout charges will apply. $15.00 for 15 minutes brush time.

All groom prices are approximate. We reserve the right to adjust prices at the time of meeting your pet. Most prices are for pets in good condition and groomed on a 4-6 week basis. FLEA AND TICK TREATMENT IS $25.00 EXTRA. If your pet has fleas or ticks they will be treated and you will be charged. For consideration of other pets being groomed, please tell us at time of appointment if you know or suspect your pet has fleas or ticks. This allows us time to treat the van before new pets enter the van.

New pet charge $10.00 This is to allow time to get acquainted with you and your pet.
Discounts: Military discount for 4 week standing appointments only 10%( first appt not included)
Cancellations: 72 hour notice required. $50. fee charged at next groom if you cancel less than 72 hrs, do not show for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late. I cannot fill an appointment with less than 3 days advance notice. Two cancellations less than 48 hours notice and I will be forced to remove your standing appointment and place you on a call in basis.
Times for appointment are important. I try to predict traffic and other unknown factors into booking times, however sometimes things happen, I will contact you as soon as I know the schedule is changing. However, normally I arrive early.
